Property was lovely, need to sort interaction and service to guests as this spoiled our stay.
Positive: Exceptionally clean and everything was available that you need
Negative: Toilet was blocked for 15 hours and not resolved. Had to manage without and then fix ourselves. No clear check in instructions provided, had to call.

The facilities in the property were good, everything worked.
Positive: The property was in a great location, easy to the underground & buses.
Negative: It had dampness in the bedroom. A better dining table with chairs, my son had to study, he struggled on the bench.
