All as per booking information, good accommodation. Positive: Location, near to Kings Road and Chelsea FC Negative: Deposit of £250 was excessive for a one night stay. No instructions on how to use the coffee machine, minor point. Worked it out, but some might not.

Great spot for our week in London, thanks for being such great hosts. Positive: Communication with the hosts was fantastic. The flat was as described. Well appointed with toiletries, coffee, tea and even milk for tea. Negative: Old building so not something the hosts can prevent but it is a bit loud when neighbours are coming and going.

Positive: How easy to check in, and also how clean was the place

Clean compact studio Chelsea location with good bus service Positive: The Penthouse Stays apartment in Chelsea is a newly renovated and clean compact studio apartment in the heart of Chelsea. We had an excellent studio unit in the back of the building, which isolated us from the street noise. We found the AC unit worked really well especially when we had 33-35C weather outside. Also the bathroom with shower and kitchen areas were clean and well equipped. The studio is well connected with public transportation with buses stopping right in front of the building. However the tube is around 15 min away by walk. Negative: The only downside of this apartment complex is that they have a shared washer+dryer combo machine in the top floor which does not dry the clothes quickly despite running for 2+ hours. Also the laundry machine is only operable between 7am-9pm which can be restrictive, given that the overall wash+dry cycles take over 4 hours to complete.
